The BA will be responsible for capturing use cases and user stories, refining requirements, and working with the Data Services team to deliver exceptional results. Experience/Skills Required:- 5+ years of relevant experience required Proficient in eliciting business requirements, modeling/mapping as-is and to-be business processes (BPMN - Business Process Model and Notation), test planning, test case development and execution. Proficiency with Agile / Lean methodologies, Microsoft Project, Office, Azure DevOps (or similar tool) and process mapping applications (Camunda or similar). Experience with distributed microservices and APIs. Understand scalable distributed microservices. Experience capturing use cases and user stories involving APIs and the experience of capturing API requirements. Act as liaison between IT and the business for new IT solutions and improvements. Validate IT solution requirements, design, and recommend system controls through partnership with the business Identify project milestones and keep the team on schedule and budget. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
