Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Lead the development and deployment of supply chain processes and systems, ensuring alignment with business goals. Optimize inventory management and planning processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Provide technical expertise and support for Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures. Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the system. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle ERP supply chain modules. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in supply chain management and Oracle ERP technologies. Must-Have Skills: Extensive experience with Oracle ERP, specifically in supply chain management, inventory, and planning modules. Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices. Proven experience in designing and implementing Oracle ERP solutions. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with other ERP systems and supply chain management tools. Knowledge of data integration and middleware solutions.
