Position Title & Code: Peoplesoft Business Analyst 
Location: Washington, DC (On-site/Hybrid TBD)
Duration: Until 09/30/2025 (Possible extension into the next fiscal year)
Job Overview:
The Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Business Analyst to support integration between the PeopleSoft HCM application and Oracle Cloud EPM system used by the Office of Budget and Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze existing business processes and systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, validate, and document business requirements.
Develop service-oriented components and interface specs.
Support design, testing (unit, regression, stress), and deployment phases.
Coordinate with development and QA teams; participate in triage and reviews.
Deliver business solutions focused on ERP and budgeting applications.
Provide ongoing support and consultation on systems use and best practices.
Required Skills:
6+ years in business analysis, critical thinking, and risk analysis.
5+ years working with Finance, Budget Planning, and BI Applications.
Experience supporting ERP application development.
Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM and Oracle Cloud EPM is highly preferred.
Minimum Education:
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
