1st preference to local who is okay with hybrid, open to remote candidates as well. if someone from nearby states who is willing to travel and be onsite for mettings (expenses paid for by client).

The key for this role

is finding a PM with extensive
Oracle Fusion implementation experience with strong
HR module expertise!!
Must have strong communication and prsentation skills- 10/10. 

THIS IS THE KEY HERE -- Started this Oracle project with Deloitte for phase 1, but this PM will be working with new SI for phase 2, implementing more of the HR side modules of Oracle Fusion (Talent Management, Workforce compensation, Performance, Payroll, Conversions, Recruiting)

Some data conversion work

This PM will also need to help with Change Management efforts

Think of this role being more of C Farms Liaison PM to

focused on HCM module.

Deloitte focused on supply chain, procurement, and transportation modules.

They have a dedicated OCM resource but this person will need to also play a part in helping the team get ready for the change to come.

Reports up to EPMO team right now- team make up is Program Manager, OCM, PM focused on non ERP work.

Major Areas of Accountability:

Liaison and Stakeholder Engagement. Work closely with various departments to facilitate communication and ensure all team members are aligned on project objectives and timelines. Engage with stakeholders to establish measurable goals and objectives for each project, ensuring alignment with the strategic plan and annual business plan. Build and maintain relationships with business leaders to secure necessary approvals and support for project initiatives.

Project Planning and Documentation.

Develop comprehensive project plans in partnership with key stakeholders, clearly outlining timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables. Create and maintain essential project documentation, including project plans, meeting agendas, and action items, throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate meetings related to assigned projects, ensuring all relevant topics are discussed and documented. Project Execution and Management.

Project Execution and Management:

Oversee the execution of projects according to established plans and timelines, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards. Monitor project progress and performance, documenting actions and decisions from meetings and communicating them effectively to all stakeholders.

Manage the completion of defined tasks within each project, addressing any challenges and escalating issues as necessary.

Risk Identification and Mitigation

 Collaborate with project teams to identify potential risks to project success and develop effective mitigation strategies. Proactively communicate project risks and status updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and informed decision-making. Operate with a high level of independence, driving project outcomes while minimizing the need for management involvement.

Continuous Improvement and Process Enhancement:

Document and analyze existing business processes to identify gaps and recommend potential improvements to enhance operational efficiency.  Develop use cases and process flows for new initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Cultivate a strong understanding of functional areas to bridge business requirements with strategic initiatives effectively.

Education, Training and Experience Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in business or related field, or an equivalent amount of practical work experience.

Minimum number of years of prior job experience required: 2-3 years of project management in business solutions.  Expertise and experience with Project Management methodology based upon project management principles, including experience implementing and facilitating complex decision[1]making structures among multiple executive stakeholders with varied interests and priorities.

Preferred:-PMP Project Management Professional, or similar project management certification
