Roles and Responsibilities Design and Architecture: Develop and maintain the overall architecture of ServiceNow implementations. Technical Leadership: Provide strategic recommendations and technical guidance to clients and team members. Solution Development: Create technical solutions, including workflows, integrations, and custom applications. Documentation: Develop system documentation, including process flows, design documents, and implementation guides. Collaboration: Work with stakeholders, developers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery. Performance Management: Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow instances. Integration: Design and implement integrations with other systems and tools. Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members.
