Lead the end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) modules including Planning, Execution, Freight Payment, and Settlement Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to gather requirements and translate them into OTM functional and technical specifications. Configure and customize OTM components including automation agents, screen sets, workflows, and user roles. Manage and coordinate a team of OTM functional and technical consultants/developers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for OTM capabilities and best practices. Drive testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT with business users. Provide ongoing post-implementation support and enhancements. Work with integration teams to connect OTM with ERP (Oracle EBS/Cloud), WMS, and third-party logistics systems. Create and maintain project documentation, status reports, and knowledge base content. Strong functional understanding of global transportation processes across multiple modes (LTL, FTL, Ocean, Air). Proven experience in OTM configurations, automation agents, business rules, and screen set management. Good knowledge of OTM data structures and reporting tools. Experience integrating OTM with Oracle EBS/Cloud, WMS, and third-party logistics systems. Strong leadership and team management skills.
