http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2334457&uid= Role: HR Consultant Location: Anaheim, CA- hybrid Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Contract Consultant to provide Workday/HRIS support and payroll operations assistance on a contract basis. This role will focus on streamlining HRIS functionality, supporting payroll and benefits processes, and ensuring accurate reconciliation and reporting in collaboration with HR, Payroll, and Accounting teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday, a hands-on approach to HR operations, and the ability to drive process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Workday/HRIS Support Provide day-to-day support within the Workday HRIS platform. Assign and remove payroll reports for the Finance team as needed. Generate and distribute reports related to payroll, benefits, and cost management for internal review. Assist with configuration updates and process improvements within Workday. Payroll and Benefits Reconciliation Perform timely 401(k) reconciliations and ensure the accurate upload of files to appropriate systems. Reconcile monthly payroll invoices to ensure accurate billing and resolve any discrepancies. Collaborate with the payroll processor and external vendors (e.g., OSV) to reconcile and resolve benefits invoice discrepancies. Reconcile workers' compensation reports and submit ACH or check requests to the Accounting team as required. Benefits Administration Support Ensure timely submission of health insurance invoices and coordinate with vendors as needed. Support benefits enrollment, auditing, and troubleshooting processes during the contract period. Collaboration and Communication Maintain strong, proactive communication with the Accounting team to ensure seamless payroll and benefits operations. Serve as a liaison between HR, Payroll, and Finance functions, providing timely updates and solutions to operational challenges. Identify process gaps and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Workday HCM; payroll configuration experience is a plus. 6+ years of hands-on HRIS support experience, ideally within a Workday environment. Solid understanding of payroll, benefits administration, and accounting workflows. Experience with invoice reconciliation, 401(k) file management, and vendor coordination. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines. Preferred: Prior experience supporting benefits administration processes and vendors (e.g., OSV).
