http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=233384&uid= From: tarun sorout, stacknexus [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] NYS OMH Trainer Time Commitment Trainers should expect to provide classroom led and open lab educational support on a full-time basis according to the recommendations developed by the Cerner and OMH Training Coordinators in collaboration with their site representatives (Albany, Syracuse, Brentwood, Queens and Utica) based on individual training rollout plans developed for each site. Roles and Responsibilities: Training Staff will receive advance training in the OMH Soarian Financials platform and direction on adult learning principles and training techniques. The Trainer will use these skills and techniques to conduct end-user training for designated applications in the six to eight weeks prior to the Soarian Revenue Cycle implementation. Standardized training materials will be provided by the Training Coordinators and adapted with the assistance of local Subject Matter Experts to reflect site-specific processes or scenarios. Additional Responsibilities include: Conduct assigned training and support at designated location(s). o This includes superuser training (~2 trainers). o This includes end user training a few weeks later (~3 trainers). Assist with training and support of a different session if needed. Assist in validation and revision of training scenarios if deemed necessary by site Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and agreed to by Cerner. Evaluate curriculum and suggest modifications if gaps are identified. Assist with testing and validating training curriculum and provide feedback Define and help develop additional site-specific training tools. Adhere to trainers checklist prompts to verify competency according to Training Plan. Record all unanswered questions in Parking Lot and escalate to appropriate resources to obtain follow-up at the end of each teaching session. Maintain training attendance rosters, assessment scoring, and course completion data entry. Comply with attendance tracking and competency assessments. Assure training rooms have all handouts and references printed and available for training sessions and maintain an orderly and clean classroom environment. Communicate system issues that occur during training Monitor super user attendance and participation. Assist in populating training scenarios in the train domain. Escalate concerns to Cerner Project Leadership. Provide support to end users and superusers during Go Live. Ensure the post training surveys are distributed and collected. Train others as requested by Cerner. Additional Qualifications: Previous Soarian training experience strongly desired. If someone has extensive training experience, they might be considered. o The client will review resumes and can decline resources. Enjoys teaching/ training Can diffuse negativity in a classroom setting Willing to utilize adult learning principles and multiple media for training staff Open to altering personal schedule to train. Attendance is expected when scheduled as to maintain the training schedule.
