Loc: Remote Visa: No H1B/CPT/OPT Mandatory Qualifications RQ 1: At least one (1) or more resource(s) must have minimum two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years in designing and supporting the applications using API Gateway. RQ 2: At least one (1) resource must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience within the last ten (10) years in designing and developing Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) applications. RQ 3: At least one (1) or more resource(s) must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience within the last ten (10) years in architecting, designing and developing scalable, secure Web based applications. RQ 4: At least one (1) or more resource(s) must have a minimum of five (5) combined years of experience within the last seven (7) years in the development and implementation of Spring Core, Spring Model View Controller(MVC), Spring Batch, Spring Boot, Eclipse, Java Database Connectivity (JDBC) and Hibernate JPA frameworks. RQ 5: At least one (1) or more resource(s) collectively must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience within the last seven (7) years of end-to-end performance tuning experience. RQ 6: At least one (1) or more resource(s) collectively must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years utilizing network or application performance analysis tools. RQ 7: At least one (1) resource must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years of performing continuous application integration and deployment using Jenkins, Git (or similar tool[s]), Sonar (or similar tool[s]), and Selenium (or similar tool[s]). RQ 8: At least one (1) resource must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years developing and implementing Web services using Representational State Transfer (REST). RQ 9 : At least one (1) Resources must have implemented at least two (2) Symantec Products for IDM, SSO, API Gateway, DIR, or SIP within the last three (3) years. RQ 10: At least one (1) or more resource(s) must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years combined business analysis experience. RQ 11: At least one (1) or more resources must have a minimum of three (3) years of combined experience in stakeholder communication, conducting sprint meetings, tracking project risks, and other agile project-related tasks within the previous five (5) years. Desirable Qualifications (DQ) DQ 1: As least one (1) resource has at least two (2) combined years of experience within the last seven (7) years in the development and implementation of Micro Services Architecture, containerization (Docker), and container orchestration (Kubernetes). DQ 2: At least one (1) resource must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years developing and using automated load and stress testing tool scripts including JMeters. DQ 3: At least one (1) resource has experience performing agile project management tasks in support of information technology projects. DQ 4: A working knowledge of DOJs existing SSO/IDM implementation or similar user portal implementations.
