This is a remote role, but candidates must reside in the Eastern Time Zone (EST). The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills, and able to work independently with senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements. Provide hands-on expertise in Asset and Investment Management domains. Design and develop data-driven solutions by analyzing business requirements and data sources. Collaborate with data engineers and business users to ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness. Develop and maintain data models, dictionaries, and metadata documentation. Partner with the UX/UI team to create wireframes and user interface prototypes. Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to refine business solutions. Perform advanced data analysis and data mining using SQL to extract actionable insights. Lead and drive functional testing of data platforms and UI components. Document requirements using industry best practices, templates, and Agile methodologies. Use JIRA to manage stories, sprints, and backlog items. Required Skills: Minimum 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Deep domain knowledge of Investment & Asset Management. Strong command over SQL and analytical data tools. Proven ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Strong experience with JIRA, Agile practices, and requirement management. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Experience working with senior-level business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: Experience in conducting user research and creating wireframes alongside UI/UX teams. Strong understanding of functional testing processes. Familiarity with metadata management and data governance best practices.
