The ideal candidate will work onsite at our Houston, TX location and collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Customize Salesforce platforms using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. Translate functional requirements into technical designs that align with business objectives. Work closely with business stakeholders and project managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Implement best practices in Salesforce development, integration, and data management. Maintain existing Salesforce implementations and troubleshoot production issues as needed. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities. Create and maintain technical documentation. Required Qualifications: 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and best practices. Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Process Builder/Flows. Experience with Salesforce integration tools and APIs (REST/SOAP). Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a plus). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Field Service Lightning (FSL), or Experience Cloud. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Exposure to DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, etc. Familiarity with data migration tools such as Data Loader, Informatica, or MuleSoft Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
