This role is responsible for investigating and resolving issues related to failed EPCIS data exchanges under the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with serialization and traceability systems and a strong understanding of EPCIS standards. Primary Responsibilities Monitor and respond to client support emails related to EPCIS data exchange failures. Investigate the root cause of errors by reviewing EPCIS message content and system behavior. Correct and resubmit data directly within serialization systems or via manual file updates, as applicable. Use serialization and traceability platforms such as rfxcel, Antares Vision, TraceLink, and LSPedia to resolve issues. Coordinate with client-side contacts or platform support teams when issues require escalation or cannot be resolved via the user interface. Maintain accurate issue tracking and provide timely status updates to all stakeholders. Identify and report patterns or recurring issues to inform system and process improvements. Requirements Working knowledge of DSCSA requirements and EPCIS data structure. Experience using serialization and traceability platforms (e.g., rfxcel, Antares Vision, TraceLink, LSPedia). Ability to interpret structured data (e.g., XML) and troubleshoot data content issues. Clear written communication skills and the ability to manage support queues independently. Reliable internet connection and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
