Experience in UKG Pro Configuration and Troubleshooting - Knowledge of product configuration, creating work rules, pay rules, break rules, exception rule etc. Support changes to existing configurations and build new ones as needed basis.3. Experience in creating custom reports and experience with data migration to UKG Pro WFM.4. Experience in handling incidents, problems, changes etc.5. Understand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems. 6. Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration that meets overall business requirements.7. Develop documentation for systems and processes | Desirable Skills: | 1. UKG Pro Integration or UKG Pro WFM certifications (highly preferred)2. Experience in Kronos WFC 3.
