Ensure current patch level maintained on servers. Assists in investigation and mitigation of security incidents. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot physical(Cisco) and distributed virtual switches (VMware). Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routers(Cradlepoint). Monitors the teams open backlog of support issues. Work towards departmental and project deadlines. Document and present recommendations for issue/risk remediation to team leads and managers.
