Position: Project Manager Location: Salt lake city, UT (Hybrid) Contract Role Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join our dynamic Financial Services technology team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Agile Scrum concepts and a proven track record of successfully implementing Agile methodologies in non-Agile environments. This role requires individuals who can set up effective processes, drive change, and deliver projects or products in challenging client environments while adhering to timelines. Key Responsibilities: Lead the setup and implementation of Agile Scrum frameworks in non-Agile settings, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Utilize Jira expertise to design and manage workflows, track progress, and optimize project delivery. Drive product and project delivery with a focus on timeliness, quality, and Act as a change agent, collaborating with stakeholders to foster an Agile mindset and culture. Support Rich in delivering on commitments to coach and train Apollo project teams and stakeholders, enhancing their Agile capabilities. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, leveraging strong consulting skills to build trust and alignment. Required Qualifications: Extensive experience as an Project Manager with a deep understanding of Agile Scrum principles. Proven expertise in Jira, including workflow configuration and management. Demonstrated success in driving Agile adoption and delivering projects in challenging, non-Agile client environments. Strong communication skills with a consulting mindset, capable of influencing and engaging diverse stakeholders. Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing cross functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of the financial domain. Demonstrated experience as an Agile Coach (beyond project management), working directly with clients to enhance their Agile practices.
