The role involves day-to-day support and enhancements in Oracle Cloud Order Management (OM), Inventory, Costing, and related SCM modules.Key Responsibilities: Provide functional support for Oracle Cloud SCM modules: Order Management, Inventory, Costing. Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues. Work with business users to understand issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes. Coordinate with Oracle Support (SRs) and internal teams for resolution of critical issues. Support month-end/year-end inventory and costing close activities. Monitor and resolve integration errors with external systems. Document solutions and provide user training as needed.Required Skills: 7+ years of Oracle SCM experience; 3+ years in Oracle Cloud SCM. Strong knowledge of: Order Management flows Inventory transactions and setups Costing configurations and costing methods Experience in production support or AMS environment. Familiar with Oracle Cloud configurations, setups, and quarterly release impact analysis.
