The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications with modern UI and backend services.Key Responsibilities: Design and develop full-stack solutions using .NET Core, Spring Boot, and React.js. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices. Work with Talon (specific platform/context) to integrate or enhance campaign, rule-based, or system functionality. Develop responsive front-end components using React.js and Redux. Participate in architectural discussions and help shape scalable, secure designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product. Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization. Support deployment and post-production monitoring/issue resolution. Document technical designs and participate in Agile ceremonies.Required Skills and Qualifications: 6+ years of full-stack development experience. Proficient in: .NET Core / .NET Framework Spring Boot / Java React.js, Redux, JavaScript/TypeScript RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL). Hands-on experience with Talon (e.g., Talon.One, voice automation, or proprietary) [specify if known]. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools. Solid understanding of Agile development practices.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Exposure to GraphQL or WebSocket-based apps. Familiarity with performance tuning and security best practices. Experience in large-scale enterprise systems or B2C platforms.
