In this dual role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce-based solutions that meet complex business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable and high-performing Salesforce applications. This is an immediate opening, and we're looking for professionals who are capable of jumping into ongoing projects and contributing to the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. Expectations from this role: 1. Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options. Optimize application development, maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and by reusing proven solutions, while accounting for others' developmental activities 2. Develop technical documents such as Functional Design Specifications, Deployment documentation 3. Perform design document reviews, peer code reviews and suggest code improvements 4. A single point of contact for the build and deployment issues and resolve them on time 5. Learn technology, business domain, system domain individually and as recommended by the project/account Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice related activities for example (but not limited to) assembling content for case studies, contributing to reusability, coordinating internal seminars and conduct knowledge sharing sessions, organizing sessions during and participating in hackathons, etc. 6. Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing, improving or reconfiguration of existing components. 7. Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system 8. Optimizes efficiency, cost and quality. 9. Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications. 10. Code, debug, test and document and communicates product/component/feature development stages. 11. Validate results with user representatives, integrates and commissions the overall solution. 12. Influence and improve customer satisfaction through things like (but not limited to) offering suggestions for code refactoring and for improvements in business processes, completing sprint deliverables ahead of time, helping client architects and product owners by way of design suggestions and/or explaining functionality to business stakeholders, etc 13. Influence and improve employee engagement within the project teams 14. Learn and implement technology newly released features after impact analysis wherever applicable. 15. Attend industry/technology specific conferences (if applicable) and share the knowledge with the team. 16. Conduct peer reviews and demand high quality standards from the reviewed deliverables. Conduct technical assessments for hiring candidates to developer/lead roles. 17. Mentor and manage a team. 18. Set goals for self and team in NorthStar. Provide timely feedback to team membersTypical performance measures: 1. Number of applicable technical/domain certifications completed 2. Adherence to process and standards (coding standards) 3. Average time taken for turnaround on production bugs Adherence to schedule / timelines 4. Number of technical sessions conducted within Practice for the benefit of peers and team members. 5. Number of Leads who were guided and upskilled to lead a technical team.
