Drive solution delivery across portfolios including Supply Chain Management (SCM), Transportation, Customer Experience (CX), and Identity & Access Management (IAM). Own the end-to-end product roadmapdefining priorities, guiding execution, and aligning with broader organizational strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to ensure consistency and scalability across regions and business units. Identify and drive the implementation of tailored, industry-specific solutions to meet the unique needs of the mining, chemicals, and mill products sectors. Step into multiple roles across program initiatives, demonstrating hands-on leadership, flexibility, and domain expertise. Required Experience & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Product Manager within SAP Supply Chain and related ecosystems. Deep domain expertise in commodity management, logistics, and transportation. Prior hands-on involvement with industry-specific applications in mining, chemicals, or mill products is required. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently engage C-level executives. Comfortable operating in a dynamic, global environment with distributed teamsfluent in English and adept at working across time zones.
