Experience managing anddelivering infrastructure projects thatinvolvesintegrating various technologies and/or replacementof older legacy technologies withnewertechnologies. Experience in managingextensive client interactions and providingdetailedstatus/progress for the projects on weekly (oron needed frequency) basis. Create and maintain variousproject artifacts, including but not limited to: o Project Charter/InitiationDocument o Project Plan includingsubsidiary plans for managing requirements,change,testing, communication, implementation,risk, issues etc. o Project Schedule in MS Project o Resource Allocation Model andresource Estimate o Risk and Issue Logs o Communication Plan o Quality Assurance Plan o Project Status for leadershipreporting Experience managing crossfunctional teams in a matrix environment. Demonstrated ability to managemultiple competing priorities across allphasesof the projects within the constraintsof the product scope, resources, time,andbudget. Solid teamwork andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to communicateandpersuade customers, employees, andmanagement at all levels and thrive inacross-functional environment. Excellent oral and writtencommunications; an ability to present anddiscusstechnical information in a way thatestablishes rapport, persuades others, andgainsunderstanding. Must be able to influence and partnerwith Functional Managers to achieve notonlywins for own objectives and deliverables butalso those of the broad organization. Experience in working withinternal and external managers to coordinatejointmanagement oversight execution of alltechnical/infrastructure changes. Experience with identifyinginternal and external resources required foreachsecurity infrastructure implementationupgrade or client release requiring FEPOCsupportand manage the execution of the POA. Experience in managing approveproject budgets with monthly variancereportingthat includes a Project Sponsorreview cycle. Experience with ensuringappropriate project communication is occurring onanon-going basis with internal and externalstakeholders.
