This role is pivotal in articulating SPM vision and will be responsible for managing the delivery of products, services, or projects related to SPM, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role typically works across various departments to ensure seamless coordination between teams, stakeholders, and external vendors. The Delivery Manager is instrumental in driving the execution of business goals while maintaining high performance, collaboration, and customer satisfaction. This position demands a strategic thinker who can articulate a clear vision for the SPM module while ensuring alignment with the broader business objectives. The incumbent will oversee the comprehensive product roadmap, delivery management working collaboratively with both business and technology stakeholders to drive the successful design, development, and implementation of the SPM module across the organization. The SPM Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of a product or product feature from the conceptual stage through launch and post-launch support. Key responsibilities include directing and managing multiple projects concurrently, facilitating the adoption of industry best practices, and ensuring that the implemented technology solutions meet and exceed business expectations. Additionally, this role will serve as a liaison between IT stakeholders and business units, fostering a shared understanding of goals and objectives, and promoting effective communication across all organizational levels. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or a related field. Experience: 4-7 years of experience in project management, product delivery, or related roles, with a strong understanding of the delivery lifecycle. Skills : Proven track record of managing successful project deliveries within scope, budget, and timeline. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project). Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex delivery challenges. Strong understanding of product development life cycle and agile methodologies. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects with competing deadlines. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex project challenges. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello, or similar). Familiarity with technical concepts and product design principles. Preferred Qualifications : Experience managing large-scale, complex projects across multiple departments or geographies. Familiarity with IT and software delivery, especially in an agile environment. Knowledge of cloud technologies, DevOps practices, or other relevant technical concepts. Experience in customer-facing roles or dealing with external clients.
