Position : Senior Full Stack Engineer Location : Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex Hybrid - Hybrid (avg. 3 days/week onsite) | Downers Grove, IL | Jacksonville, FL | Alpharetta, GA Duration: : 12-24mth + Visa : NOH1B/CPT Interview mode:: Video Job Description Build and maintain scalable, customer-facing web applications using Java, Angular, Spring, JavaScript, and AWS. Partner with UX/UI designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to craft user-friendly interfaces and robust APIs. Enhance application performance and scalability, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and use cutting-edge tools (including Gen AI) to streamline development. Perform code/design reviews, write unit tests (e.g., JUnit, Karma/Jasmine), and tackle complex technical challenges. Engage in Agile stand-ups, retrospectives, and knowledge-sharing to elevate team and product quality. What Were Looking For: 8+ years of full stack development experience with deep expertise in Java, Angular, Spring, JavaScript, and AWS. Balanced front-end and back-end skills (ideally 50/50). Proficiency with Spring Boot, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL), and cloud-based technologies. Familiarity with the auto insurance industry. Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), responsive design (HTML5, CSS3), and tools like SonarQube or Splunk. Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience/certification). Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
