This individual must be an expert in Oracle ERP, a strategic problem solver, and possess a deep understanding of the unique challenges in the healthcare provider space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting complex ERP issues, ensuring seamless integration, and assembling a team of Oracle ERP module project managers to support this long-term initiative. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end Oracle ERP implementation process for a healthcare provider organization. Troubleshoot and resolve critical ERP system issues quickly and efficiently. Assemble and lead a team of Oracle ERP module project managers. Collaborate with hospital administration, IT teams, and clinical leadership to tailor ERP solutions to meet healthcare provider needs. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data security policies, and financial reporting requirements. Establish best practices for ERP system use and ensure seamless system integration across all departments. Provide expert guidance on ERP functionality, enhancements, and upgrades. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure a successful rollout. Travel onsite regularly as required to provide hands-on leadership and ensure project success. Qualifications: Extensive experience implementing Oracle ERP solutions within healthcare provider settings. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex Oracle ERP system issues and drive resolution. Strong understanding of healthcare provider workflows, financial management, supply chain, and regulatory compliance. Experience assembling and leading ERP project teams. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to travel regularly and be onsite as required. PMP or Oracle ERP certification is a plus. Preferred Skills: Strong knowledge of healthcare IT infrastructure and integrations. Experience working in hospital and large physician practice environments. Ability to lead change management efforts and drive user adoption. Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions and emerging healthcare technologies.
