The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and managing data integration solutions to support business analytics, reporting, and operational needs. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities: Data Integration & ETL Development: Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter. Implement data transformation logic using PL/SQL to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Develop and optimize ETL processes for efficient data loading and processing. System Integration: Work with Intellimatch for reconciliation and data matching tasks. Integrate data across various platforms and systems to support business processes. Database Management: Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to maintain data quality. Troubleshooting & Support: Identify and resolve ETL issues, performance bottlenecks, and data discrepancies. Provide technical support and documentation for ETL processes and data integrations.Essential Skills: Intellimatch: Experience in reconciliation and data matching processes. Informatica PowerCenter: Strong knowledge in ETL design, development, and performance tuning. SQL: Proficient in writing complex queries for data manipulation and reporting. PL/SQL: Advanced skills in stored procedures, triggers, and database functions.Desirable Skills: Advanced knowledge of Intellimatch and its integration with other data systems. Experience with Informatica Cloud or other data integration tools. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and big data technologies. Strong understanding of data governance and data security best practices.Competencies: Data Management: Expertise in data integration, transformation, and reconciliation. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data issues and develop effective solutions. Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Collaboration: Effective communication and teamwork skills to work with cross-functional teams.Qualifications: Experience: 810 years in data integration, ETL development, or related roles. Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
