In this role, you will engage with clients to advance their people analytics capabilities across strategy, people, process, data, and technology. Your mission will be to help organizations deliver actionable, business-driven people insights related to work, workforce, and workplace topics such as DEI, attrition, mobility, talent acquisition, compensation, and performance management.Key Responsibilities: Conduct current state assessments to understand client people analytics maturity. Synthesize findings from assessments and communicate key insights to stakeholders. Lead the development of clients people analytics vision, strategy, operating models, and scaling roadmaps. Data Analysis & Insights: Utilize Human Capital Management (HCM), people analytics, and BI platforms to design, build, and deploy reports, dashboards, data visualizations, and predictive models. Cleanse and wrangle structured and unstructured data, extract meaningful insights, and visualize outputs effectively. Leverage quantitative and qualitative analytics methods to analyze HR and people analytics data. Operational Execution: Define critical business questions and challenges through client interviews and discovery sessions. Develop data visualizations that support data-driven decision-making related to human capital. Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Cross-functional Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, both nationally and internationally. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact analytics solutions.Essential Skills: Expertise in People Analytics, Visier, and HCM platforms. Strong background in data visualization and predictive modeling. Proficiency with BI tools and analytics platforms for reporting and data analysis. Experience with HR analytics topics like DEI, attrition, mobility, talent acquisition, compensation, and performance management. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Desirable Skills: Experience with enterprise BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SAP). Knowledge of advanced statistical methods and predictive analytics techniques. Familiarity with HRIS systems and data governance practices. Ability to navigate complex data environments and work under tight deadlines.Qualifications: Experience: 810 years in people analytics, data analytics, or related fields. Education: Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field (Masters preferred).
