Will need to work with the team in adopting and establishing SAFe best practices (ceremonies, sprint metrics, coaching teams, partnership with peer scrum masters, IT, and the business). Should be able to work with Production Owners / Managers to maintaining healthy product backlog, run day to day scrum activities, identify and any impediments, identify dependencies with in and external teams and coordinate to complete the work. Mandatory Skills: 6-8 years of understanding of Scrum Framework, Agile Principles, Conflict Resolution, Motivation & Empowerment, Analytical Skills, Clear & Concise Communication.
