We're not sitting back waiting for leads. We're targeting strategic accounts, reaching senior decision-makers, and driving high-value conversations from the first touch. SDR / AE Hybrid As an SDR/AE hybrid, youll own the full sales cyclefrom outbound prospecting to helping close deals. You'll lead with insight, act with urgency, and bring energy to every interaction. Key Responsibilities Identify, research, and prioritize high-value target accounts and stakeholders Drive outbound outreachcold calls, personalized emails, and social engagement Initiate and lead discovery calls with IT and business leaders Collaborate with internal teams to execute tailored, account-based strategies Manage deals end-to-end: from first contact to proposal, negotiation, and close Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and technical buyers Maintain CRM discipline and accurate pipeline forecasting What We're Looking For 25 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT services or digital transformation Proven outbound prospector with a closers mentality Tenacious, self-driven, and thrives under pressure Confident communicator who can engage executives and tailor messaging Highly organized, coachable, and committed to personal growth Outcome-orientedfocused on results, not just activity What Success Looks Like You create opportunities, not wait for them You break into tough accounts with relevance, persistence, and creativity You turn first conversations into real pipeline You take ownershipof your pipeline, your performance, and your career This role is for builders.
