At least 7 years prior work experience in change management, with a focus on HR/HCM transformations, preferably SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or other HRIS implementations Certification in Prosci, CCMP or a similar change management framework is desirable. Experience in organizational development, workforce transition planning and process re-engineering Proven ability to work in complex, matrixed environments and manage multiple stakeholders. MS and Office 365 tools (Teams; SharePoint; PowerPoint; Excel Demonstrated experience in various industries such as, Retail, Manufacturing, Mining, Government, Federally Regulated organizations Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills to support leaders and employees through change. Previous experience as a senior project/change manager within an SAP implementation managing teams. Ability to lead and work in teams - interpersonal skills are essential. Experience in preparing, managing, and chairing project/program meetings and committees. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills coupled with investigative/research abilities. Ability to manage a diverse workload and effectively prioritise the tasks within Critical thinker and can effectively work through problems to find solutions.
