Documented experience managing an IT project(s) in a large, complex, enterprise-governed IT environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Resource will need to be proactive with their communication and have solid critical thinking skills. Must be collaborative, open-minded, and willing to adapt to the states processes. Will work closely with Program and Portfolio Managers and must be open to additional leaderships oversight. Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification highly desired. 5+ Years of Agile Experience highly desired. Arranges for the assignment of responsibility to other supporting facilities, business areas, and support functions, and monitors their performance. Self-directed and independent.
