In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality solutions by combining your technical acumen in testing with a business-focused approach to requirements gathering and analysis. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery in line with the organizations common mission. Key Responsibilities: Act as a Tester and Business Analyst for the Guidewire PolicyCenter platform. Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios and test cases. Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing for Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications. Identify gaps and work with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues. Collaborate with developers, solution architects, and product owners to ensure test coverage and business alignment. Validate data, UI, and end-to-end workflows specific to the Guidewire PolicyCenter. Track defects, perform root cause analysis, and verify fixes. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Maintain documentation of test plans, test cases, and testing outcomes. Essential Skills: 68 years of overall experience in testing and analysis. Strong hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter. Knowledge of Guidewire InsuranceSuite Integration. Familiarity with Guidewire Digital Experience and related platforms. Excellent understanding of insurance policy workflows and processes. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
