The individual in this role will work on a variety of middleware technologies, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance of systems, applications, and integration platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in middleware technologies, particularly in WebMethods, MQ Administration, and AWS. The role requires a strong understanding of financial company environments and a solid track record of successfully delivering middleware support in fast-paced, enterprise-level organizations. Role Overview: Position: Middleware Administrator (Client Financial Company) Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid Setup Local Candidates Only) Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience as a Middleware Administrator or similar role, with hands-on experience managing and supporting middleware technologies. WebMethods: Experience with WebMethods Integration Server, Broker, and related components. MQ Administration: Hands-on experience with MQ systems such as IBM MQ, including setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. AWS (Amazon Web Services): Practical experience with cloud-based middleware solutions hosted on AWS, including related services like SQS, SNS, Lambda, etc. Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams. Preferred but not required: Previous experience as an ex-employee or ex-contractor of Prudential. Experience working in financial services or with financial data processing systems.
