This role requires deep functional expertise in process manufacturing, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven solutions.Key Responsibilities:1. Functional Expertise: Deep understanding of Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) modules, including Process Execution, Product Development, Process Quality, Inventory, Work in Process (WIP), and Bills of Material (BOM). Configure and maintain OPM modules to meet specific business requirements. Document detailed business requirements and solution designs. Prepare and conduct functional testing to ensure system reliability. Apply OPM Cost Management functionalities to optimize financial performance. Assist with the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of OPM processes.2. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML/BI Publisher, and Oracle Workflow. Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 and its OPM modules. Ability to debug issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and provide effective solutions.3. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with business users to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, and other business units. Provide training, support, and knowledge transfer to end-users to ensure system adoption.4. Process Improvement & Reporting: Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for optimization. Generate and analyze reports to support process improvements and strategic decision-making.Essential Skills: Functional: Strong knowledge of process manufacturing processes, OPM module functionalities, and best practices. Technical: SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML/BI Publisher, Oracle Workflow, and debugging expertise. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.Desirable Skills: Knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management, Order Management, Warehouse Management Systems, or Planning modules. Experience with Oracle EBS SCM & WMS modules.
