Please find the job descriptions below, and if you are interested, please forward your updated resume to #[email protected] Role: Program Manager / PMO Manager/Lead Location: Remote (EST and CST candidates) Duration: L ong Term Must have 13+ years of experience Required Skills: An advanced degree in Business or Management Information Systems Must have strong experience with Planisware or Planview A minimum of 1 3+ years of Program/Project Management experience, with at least 5 years as a PMO Manager/Lead, including finance and contract management Demonstrated success in interacting with Executive Management; outstanding oral and written communication skills A strong understanding and appreciation of current digital trends in business and technology Deep experience and knowledge of effective project management techniques, frameworks, and methodologies across agile/hybrid/waterfall operating models Proven ability to deliver key portfolio outcomes (cost, value, schedule, risks) with financial accuracy Experience in applying Organizational Change Management practices to foster business readiness and a culture of delivering business outcomes Agile/Scrum/SAFe Certification.
