Doctorate degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in program evaluation, data analysis, or research in a nonprofit or youth services setting. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, SPSS, or other relevant software. Experience designing and administering surveys and other data collection instruments. Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data in an engaging and accessible manner. Understanding of social determinants of health and their impact on youth development is a plus.
