Job Summary: Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, market gaps, and competitive trends. Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy to drive growth and profitability. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, breaking down complex problems into actionable tasks.Product Development & Innovation: Define product features, pricing structures, coverage options, and value propositions. Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, IT, and marketing teams to translate product vision into reality. Analyze customer insights, claims data, and feedback to refine and enhance products.Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all insurance products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to monitor regulatory changes and adapt product strategies accordingly.Go-to-Market & Performance Optimization: Develop and implement product launch strategies, including marketing materials and sales training. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, customer retention, and profitability. Continuously optimize products based on data-driven insights and market feedback.Key Qualifications & Skills: Industry Certification: AINS, CPCU, or other relevant insurance certifications preferred. Insurance Expertise: Strong understanding of commercial insurance principles, pricing models, and product management best practices. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data, analyze market trends, and make data-driven decisions. Product Development Experience: Proven track record in designing, developing, and launching insurance products. Regulatory Knowledge: Awareness of relevant insurance regulations and compliance requirements. Collaboration & Communication: Excellent ability to work cross-functionally with teams including sales, underwriting, actuarial, IT, and marketing.
