Position: SAP Tax Direct/Indirect Consultant Locations: Tampa, FL Duration: Contract Job Description: 5 - 8 years of Implementation experience in SAP ECC 6.0 & S4 HANA with focus on Tax with SAP FICO/MM/SD integration. Expert in Direct and Indirect Tax configuration, Withholding Taxes, local country indirect tax localizations, VAT customizations and Reporting. Worked on Global project for setting up Taxes in SAP system Understanding of Tax procedures for Countries like India, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia etc. Activated VAT reporting for European Countries to send invoice information to local Governments authorities Knowledge and Understanding of SAP DRC highly desirable Hands-on with configuring external Tax engine (Vertex preferred) Expert in cross functional integration of modules - SD-FI & MM-FI Strong analytical skills in business process design and requirements preparation Preferred Skills: S4 HANA Certified Know-how and what questions to be asked for the tax engine setup Experience working with Vendors and SAP Basis Teams as needed to connect the external tax solution.
