The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). This role involves gathering business requirements, working with technical teams, and ensuring successful SailPoint implementations.Key Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze IAM business requirements Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for SailPoint solutions Collaborate with developers, architects, and administrators to support SailPoint IIQ implementation, upgrades, and enhancements Perform gap analysis between existing IAM processes and best practices Assist in configuring and optimizing SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, roles, and policies Support RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), access reviews, certifications, and provisioning processes Develop and execute test cases, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and validation plans Work with compliance teams to ensure IAM aligns with security policies, SOX, GDPR, and other regulations Provide training and documentation for end-users and technical teams Troubleshoot issues related to identity governance, user provisioning, and access managementRequired Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Strong knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), including certifications, workflows, and policies Experience with RBAC, SOD (Segregation of Duties), and IAM governance Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, and MFA authentication mechanisms Proficiency in working with SQL, XML, and API integrations Strong understanding of IAM compliance standards (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, NIST) Ability to analyze business needs, document requirements, and work with cross-functional teams Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesPreferred Skills: Experience with other IAM tools like Okta, Ping, BeyondTrust, or CyberArk Knowledge of Java or Power scripting for SailPoint customization Exposure to cloud IAM solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP IAM) Best Regards Debasish Pattnaik | Manager Mount Pyramid Court, Suite 400, Englewood, Colorado 80112, USA [email protected] www.mrtechnosoft.com Keywords: Delaware SailPoint Business Analyst [email protected] https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2310634&uid= |
