Kindly find the below job description and let me know your availability Role: Data Migration Specialist Healthcare Location: Remote Duration: Long-term Job Description: Major Job Description: Lead the end-to-end data migration project from MSSQL to AWS Aurora, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Develop and implement a comprehensive data validation strategy and methodology to ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the migration process. Design and develop applications to execute automatic data validation using AI technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, database administrators, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct thorough data analysis and profiling to identify potential data quality issues and develop remediation plans. Ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations and standards, including HIPAA. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management. Major Requirements: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data migration projects, with a focus on healthcare data. Strong expertise in MSSQL and AWS Aurora databases. Proven experience in developing data validation strategies and methodologies. Proficiency in AI technologies and their application in data validation. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of healthcare data regulations and standards, including HIPAA. Experience with other cloud databases and data migration tools. Certification in AWS or related technologies. Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.
