The ideal candidate will design and develop generative AI platforms and frameworks, implement LLM-based applications, and build scalable AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design & develop generative AI platforms and frameworks for faster use-case deployment. Build pipelines to parse documents, chunk, vectorize, and store vectors efficiently. Develop vector store schemas and optimize retrieval mechanisms. Design and implement prompt engineering techniques with few-shot examples for LLM interactions. Develop semantic agents and design robust interfaces between agents. Build microservices and expose AI functionalities as APIs. Collaborate with architects and full-stack developers to integrate generative AI solutions into applications. Implement best practices for data management, AI model deployment, and performance optimization. Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of generative AI solutions. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in end-to-end AI/ML development. Expertise in 3-Tier Architecture-based Application Development. Strong background in search technologies (Elasticsearch, Kendra, Coveo) and vector stores (FAISS, AWS OpenSearch, Azure AI Search). Backend development experience in Python, LangChain, Django, Flask, FastAPI. Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and databases (SQL, NoSQL, ElasticSearch, Solr). Deep understanding of AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, Lambda, Glue, SageMaker, Bedrock, and Kendra. Experience in writing parsers to process unstructured data using AWS Textract. Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and prompt template management. Developing agent frameworks and optimizing AI-driven workflows. Strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP). Desirable Skills: Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD tools for automated deployment. Knowledge of service-oriented architecture and microservices. Experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific tasks. Exposure to Generative AI Guardrails and AI safety mechanisms. Understanding of data governance and security best practices.
