The ideal candidate will have a deep expertise in US Payroll, Benefits, Schemas and rules with additional experience in Payroll Control Center (PCC) implementation or support being a plus. Key Responsibilities: Analyze, design and implement solutions for SAP US Payroll and Benefits. Configure and customize Payroll schemas and rules to meet the business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end US Payroll solutions. Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues related to US Payroll and Benefits. Support and enhance Payroll Control Center (PCC) functionality (if applicable) Conduct system testing and data validation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Develop and deliver process documentation. Stay updated on SAP updates and legal requirement impacting US payroll, Benefits and Year End activities.
