Job Description

-

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines, ensuring robustness and scalability.

Architect and implement data solutions using AWS and Redshift to meet business objectives.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data scientists, and product managers.

Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical capabilities and promote best practices.

Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to technical standards, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Continuously monitor and optimize data systems to maximize performance and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Extensive experience with AWS technologies, particularly AWS Redshift.

Proven expertise in designing and building scalable data pipelines.

Solid understanding of database architecture and data modeling principles.

Proficient in SQL and familiarity with other programming languages such as Python.

Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in the financial industry is highly desirable.

AWS certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Data Analytics).
