Experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud (formerly Vlocity) and its key modules (EPC, CPQ, OM, CLM, Digital Commerce) is highly preferred. Understanding of the telecommunications, media, or entertainment industries and their common business processes is a significant advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Knowledge of data modeling concepts. Conduct detailed interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand their processes, pain points, and strategic objectives within the communications industry. Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for Salesforce Communications Cloud implementations. Utilize various techniques such as user stories, use cases, process flows, and data models to clearly articulate business needs. Identify and analyze gaps between current state and desired future state, and propose effective Salesforce solutions.
