Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration (e.g., workflows, forms, UI policies, ACLs). Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server). Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and Security Operations workflows. Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, Glide Script, Business Rules, Script Includes, REST APIs). Experience integrating ServiceNow with SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability management, and risk platforms. Hands-on experience with automated workflows, playbooks, and security orchestration.
