MUST Have: Immediate need for a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with experience in Project Management. Experience with Azure DevOps for work management is required. Candidates should have experience coaching new development teams and product owners to use scrum. Experience using SAFe is highly desirable. Must be comfortable holding the Scrum Master role for up to 2 teams or managing IT projects using waterfall and hybrid approaches. A strong understanding of program management concepts is preferred, and great communication skills are paramount.
