Working within an agile environment, you will collaborate closely with developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to validate AI-driven functionalities, execute robust testing strategies, and optimize AI-powered applications for seamless performance.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & Testing Participate in all testing activities throughout the agile product development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality Gen AI solutions. Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, ensuring adherence to project requirements and quality standards. Design, write, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts tailored to Gen AI projects. Conduct manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Utilize defect tracking systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira) to log, trace, and drive resolution of defects. Investigate and determine the root causes of software issues, working closely with development teams to implement fixes.Automation & AI-Specific Testing Utilize automation testing tools like Playwright, JMeter, SoapUI, and Postman to enhance testing efficiency. Implement AI-specific test scenarios, ensuring the robustness of large language models (LLMs) and AI-powered functionalities. Apply Python to develop automation scripts for AI testing. Execute prompt engineering and testing strategies to evaluate AI model accuracy, consistency, and reliability.Collaboration & Agile Methodology Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to align on project goals and quality standards. Contribute to risk evaluations, estimation discussions, and sprint planning to integrate QA considerations into project timelines. Provide insights on user experience (UX), persona building, prototyping, and A/B testing to enhance AI-driven solutions. Participate in scrum meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to continuously improve QA processes.Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in QA testing for complex applications, with a focus on Gen AI solutions. Strong proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Playwright, JMeter, SoapUI, Postman). Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or other defect tracking systems. Knowledge of Python for AI development and testing. Experience in SQL databases for test data management and validation. Familiarity with AI prompt engineering and testing methodologies for large language models (LLMs). Understanding of UX principles, including persona building, information architecture, and A/B testing methodologies. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong analytical skills with the ability to balance big-picture thinking and detailed execution.
