Key responsibilities include providing functional leadership, solution design, business process analysis, and system integration. The role requires expertise in modules like Grants Accounting, Project Accounting, Project Costing, and Project Billing. Key Responsibilities: Lead all project phases, including fit/gap analysis, design, build, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support. Stay updated with the latest Oracle product releases and features, demonstrating and articulating their benefits to clients. Continuously seek process improvements and share knowledge to enhance implementation methodologies and solutions. Provide functional leadership in implementing Oracle Cloud Projects and Grants applications, including solution design, business process analysis, and system integration. Act as a domain expert, supporting the configuration and extension of Oracle Cloud modules. Assist with quarterly update testing and evaluate new features. Analyze business needs to ensure successful deployment of the Oracle system. Recommend enhancements to Oracle products to meet sophisticated customer needs. Develop methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to deliver functional and technical expertise across various business and technology solutions. Lead consulting teams on significant projects, resolving complex customer requirements, and providing domain leadership on end-to-end enterprise solutions. Qualifications: A minimum of 8 years of experience with Oracle PPM/Grants Cloud, with a combination of Cloud and EBS experience considered. Oracle Projects Cloud certification is a plus. Proven leadership and client-facing skills. Experience in enabling customer acceptance of Oracle solutions and services. Demonstrated thought leadership in improving operational efficiencies and profitability. Experience in at least three full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Projects/Grants Cloud, including hands-on configuration. Knowledge of integrations with financial modules like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger. Ability to configure Oracle Applications to meet client requirements and document application setups.
