ServiceNow RPA developer Location Santa Clara, CA (Day 1 Onsite) Contract/C2C J ob Description : What youll be doing: Design, develop, test and implement automation solutions using ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and RPA Hub. Create and maintain ServiceNow-based RPA bots to enhance manual processes and productivity. Integrate third-party systems (APIs, web services, databases) into ServiceNow automation workflows. Optimize existing automation scripts to improve performance and reduce execution time. Implement error handling, logging, and observability for automation processes. Maintain security, compliance, and governance standards in all automation solutions. Documentation and support for deployed automation solutions. What we need to see: 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on automation and RPA. Solid understanding of ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and RPA Hub. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and REST/SOAP web services. Experience with UIPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate is a plus. Strong analytical and solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple automation deliverables. Proven track record of delivering complex and multi-functional projects on time, on budget, and on scope. Ability to communicate and present to within the organization Ways to stand out: Experience with using AI to build intelligent RPA processes. Experience with Python or a similar OOP language.
