Please let me know if you are interested in the position Title: Software Engineer - Cloud Development (Java/AWS/REST APIs) Location:Fully Onsite(Denver, CO)- need local candidates to Denver, CO Duration: 6 months contract Visa Restrictions: No H1b/CPT Mode of Interview:1st Video and 2nd Onsite Job Description: Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement high-quality software applications, with a focus on cloud-native solutions. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with other systems. Utilize AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc.) to build and deploy scalable applications. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Java code. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality. Develop and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. Support and/or install software applications/operating systems. Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in software development. Strong proficiency in Java programming language. Extensive experience with AWS cloud services. Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices. Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Experience with messaging queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ). Experience with automated testing frameworks. Experience with microservices architecture. Experience with serverless technologies.
