Expertise in AEP APIs and deployment processes. Understanding of Identity Graph, Query Service, Real time customer profile, Segmentation service, and data science workspace. Develop and implement robust analytics capabilities and management information systems to track customer usage, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform decision-making. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
