Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely solutions. Business Process Mapping and Implementation: Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify areas for process improvement. Translate business process needs into Oracle configurations, including creating and updating schemas, workflows, and data models. Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle functionality, advising business users on the best practices for system utilization. Project Coordination and Continuous Improvement: Participate in ERP-related projects, providing technical expertise and ensuring alignment between business processes and system capabilities. Develop and document processes, standard operating procedures, and system configurations. Identify opportunities to optimize business operations through the strategic use of Oracle technology. Stakeholder Communication and Training: Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and understanding of system capabilities. Provide training and support to business users on Oracle Fusion ERP functionalities and new system enhancements. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to monitor system performance and track the progress of process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in Oracle Fusion ERP administration. Strong background in business process analysis and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Proficiency with Oracle configuration, schema design, and data management. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience in project management and change management within ERP implementations. Familiarity with industry best practices for ERP system administration and business process optimization. Knowledge of additional ERP modules (such as finance, supply chain, or human resources) and integration techniques. Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage multiple projects, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
